From the parquet of Blackpool to the silver screen, Francesco Flumiani has spent a lifetime in pursuit of one ideal — beauty in motion.
Originally from Udine, Italy, Francesco rose through the highest ranks of international ballroom, reaching the final of the British Open at the celebrated Blackpool Dance Festival and earning a bronze medal at the German Open Championships in the youth and under-21 divisions.
Turning professional in 2002, he claimed a string of distinguished titles across the American circuit — Professional Rising Star Standard champion at the Manhattan Dancesport Championships, gold at the Holiday Dance Classic, and a third-place finish at the Heritage Classic. In 2004 he stepped before the camera as a young dance teacher in the beloved film Shall We Dance, alongside Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez.
Today, Francesco channels that artistry into the stage itself — producing some of America's most refined dancesport championships, where competitors are met with world-class floors, impeccable hospitality, and an unmistakable Italian sense of occasion.
